Throughout the school year, parent volunteers will be needed for various events, field trips, cafeteria help, etc. All volunteers must be certified through SafeParish. For information on how to complete this process, click here.

If you received a letter from the state with an EdChoice Acceptance Form, return your signed form to [email protected] before the first day of school. If you have not received this, complete a blank form found here. If you are a NEW applicant, you must also complete and return the Signature Authorization form. Each K-8 family will receive a Family Income Form during the first week of school. This information is very important to ensure our continued participation in federal programs. These programs provide a variety of materials and services for the students, teachers, and our school. It is one of the benefits our students receive from your tax dollars, and we do not want to lose it! Please return the Family Income Form to the school office by September 1st. West Clermont | Complete the Parochial School Transportation Form and return it to Bonnie Ferber ([email protected]) as soon as possible. Forms will be available in the school office during the month of June, M-F 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
