  • Active Parishioner Scholarships are available for a tuition discount of up to $1,000 per student.

• FACTS Tuition Management, a third-party service, is the billing agent for all tuition payments. All families must create a FACTS account. Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. Credit card and automatic bank draft payment methods are offered. The plans listed below are offered by St. Veronica School:

   

  1. One Payment Plan - Payment is made in Aug 2026. 
  2. Three Payment Plan - Payments are made in Aug 2026, Nov 2026, and Mar 2027. An annual FACTS enrollment fee applies. 
  3. Ten Payment Plan - Payments are made Aug 2026 - May 2027. An annual FACTS enrollment fee applies. A 5% St. Veronica finance charge is added.     

   
  Please note, depending on the time of your enrollment, the start date on some plans may have already passed and may no longer be available. Payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.

• FACTS Tuition Management is utilized to collect additional school fees such as for Music Program Fees, Latchkey, Field Trip Fees, etc. Incidental expense invoices are due 10 business days after they are posted to FACTS accounts. This billing feature is set on auto pay for all FACTS accounts.
  

• • There will be a $30.00 fee assessed by FACTS for returned payments.

   

  • If tuition or fees are delinquent at the end of a trimester, the student will not be permitted to return to school until the delinquent tuition or fees are resolved. Fees include but are not limited to: Registration, Technology, Music, Latchkey, etc.

  
  

  • Student withdrawal from school after the 6th week of a trimester will still be responsible for the full trimester's tuition

   

  • Registration for the following school year will not be accepted if tuition and fees for the current school year are delinquent. Fees include but are not limited to: Registration, Technology, Music, Latchkey, etc.

    

  • School records will not be forwarded until all financial obligations are current.
