STEP 1: Registration

• Returning K-8 Families: Login to your OptionC account beginning January 5, 2026, go to Office/Enrollment, and follow the instructions for the "re-Register Student(s) Form." Enroll new K-8 students in your family by completing the K-8 Registration form , then proceed to the next steps.
• Returning & New Preschool/Pre-K Student: Complete the Preschool/Pre-K Registration form. New students proceed to the next steps. ALL PRESCHOOL CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY FULL. NEW REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ADDED TO A WAITLIST.
• Returning families have priority registration January 5-22, 2026. Open enrollment begins on January 23, 2026.

STEP 2: Documentation

• Birth Certificate (new students only)
• Baptismal Certificate (new students only)
• Custody Agreement (new students only)
• IEP/ISP/504/Behavior/Service Plan (new students only)
• Record of Immunization (new students only)
• Tdap & MCV4 Record of Immunization (all incoming 7th grade students only; submit prior to the first day of school)
• Child Medical Statement (new Preschool/Pre-K students only; submit prior to the first day of school)

STEP 3: Release of Records

• Submit completed Release of Records form (new 1st-8th grade transfer students only) to [email protected].

STEP 4: Shadow Day

• Schedule a required Shadow Day (new 2nd-8th grade transfer students only).

STEP 5: Payment Plan

• Upon re-enrollment, you will receive an invitation from FACTS Tuition Management to set up your payment plan for 2026-2027. This will include payment of the Registration Fee.
• Review 2026-2027 Tuition, Fees, and Policies.
• Review available Scholarship Opportunities and apply for all that pertain to your family.
